ZEBRA堅持挑選天然原味食材，取自大地、山林、海洋及田野間四季盛產之豐饒物產，全新系列單點菜單義式美饌380元起，其中特別推薦「主廚私房肉醬麵」來自北義大利波隆那肉醬之傳統作法，將大量番茄蔬菜、牛肉、豬頸肉及雞高湯長時間燉煮而成，特別的是主廚將經典肉醬中的煙燻培根以金華火腿作為取代，並放入來自台灣的馬告胡椒調味，讓麵點散發出一抹來自台灣山林的香氣；品嘗時可再拌入手工雞肝醬，讓這道菜色更為豐富有層次。

ZEBRA offers a natural and delightful experience of the five senses. The interior design borrows from the zebra`s unique black-and-white stripes to create arresting boundaries in the otherwise minimalist décor and light and bright yet warm atmosphere. The black accents underscore the sense of modern design.
The restaurant includes an alfresco area where stone slabs, tropical plants, the Taichung breeze, and fine cuisine combine to create memorable moments.
